Mini Sessions are an awesome way to for us to create a great family or child portrait for a smaller investment than a full session if the dates and times work out for your schedule!

If you are like many of our clients and are hoping to combine the summer mini session with our double gift certificates, here are a few examples of how to get the most out of your investment in your portraits! Double Gift Certificates are good from May 6th-September 1st!

Vintage Fields Session $249+200 down +YRMS Double Gift Certificate = $49 Session fee and $800 in credit and your total money down on May 5th is $449!

Ewing Manor Session $299+300 down +YRMS Double Gift Certificate = $99 Session fee and $1,000 in credit and your total money down on May 5th is $599!

Damon and Chanel Apsey | Our Wedding September 18, 2010

Some of you have been waiting a long time to see these and finally I have them ready to post! Lindsey Brooks from Oklahoma City did our wedding images and we think she did a great job!

Hard to believe it has been just over four months since I married the most amazing man! He swept me off my feet and I am so blessed to have him in my life. Only an almighty, all knowing God could bring two people like us together and know that we could mesh so perfectly! Not only has God blessed me with an amazing man to walk with me in life but also an awesome family that I love as my own!

For those of you who have not met Damon yet, I hope to introduce him to you soon! You may see him around the studio a little more as soon as he gets a job here in Bloomington as he is currently working in Galesburg. We are very excited to 2011 with many new things on the horizon! We are looking forward to seeing you all soon!

For the last 5 years or so I have been photographing this family. Our first session was when they were expecting their 3rd child. This session was in the planning for about a year with our first plan for the session to be in June but after rescheduling three times due to heat, rain and sickness, we finally were blessed with a perfect day for their session at Ewing Manor in October! We met to plan their clothing which I think looks great in these images. I was also able to go to their home to decide where we should dispIay their portraits. A few years ago, we had placed a 20x24 matted and framed portrait above their piano and decided it was much to small for the space. After I was able to look at the vaulted living space closer, I suggested the above Wall Collection. Hanging 1-24x30 for their family portrait and 1-11x14 of each child. Coordinating frames were also choosen and I believe the end results look amazing!

Below in their family room we displayed a 40x20 framed portrait of their family walking together which I know they will treasure for years to come as their children grow! I love the beautiful Ewing Manor in the background and their family walking together.

Family Portraits especially for the Mom of the family can take some time to get everything together but we hope to make that process as simple as possible and that the end result is something that everyone can enjoy for generations to come!
